Customers do not buy this phone, it comes without accessories, the battery is not original and also the phone turns itself off, I am disappointed with the product, I honestly do not recommend it, and also the phone the new buy and revising without battery says rebuilt me I feel totally ripped off, do not buy this article.

The main problem is that the speaker on the back is known to have a faulty connection and over time (4 months for me), the sound will go completely. No ringer, no speakerphone, no media ... if you don't believe me, just google s5830 speaker and you'll find a lot of places selling replacement speakers ...
Since I live in the USA, samsung does not service international phones. Not worth the price in my opinion ...
